We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Flat rate fee of $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination. We do not ship to some parts of Asia and other remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receipt.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- You must provide a copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Products
Due to their custom nature, the following products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Rolls of Screen – All Types (once cut from the roll)
- Screen Frame & Components (cut-to-size frames)
- Assembled Screen Doors (unless damaged in transit)
- Complete Window Screens (custom-sized orders)
- Porch Screen Panel (custom-cut panels)
These items are often tailored to specific customer specifications and cannot be resold.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
- Wait for Instructions: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed.
- Ship the Item: Carefully package the item and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our facility.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- For returns for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refund Timelines and Methods
Once your return is approved:
- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s policies.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or product, follow the return process above. Once we receive the original item, we will ship the new item to you. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
