Certain products (including but not limited to cut-to-size screen frames, custom-sized window screens, and porch screen panels) are made to your specifications and are considered FINAL SALE. These cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged during transit.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and provide options for replacement or cancellation.

• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

4.3 Shipping Limitations

We do not ship to some parts of Asia and other remote regions. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination.

4.4 Risk of Loss

All products purchased from our website are delivered by third-party carriers. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5.1 Return Policy

We offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original, unused, and resalable condition with original packaging and proof of purchase.

5.2 Non-Returnable Products

The following custom products cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Rolls of Screen – All Types (once cut from the roll)
• Screen Frame & Components (cut-to-size frames)
• Assembled Screen Doors (unless damaged in transit)
• Complete Window Screens (custom-sized orders)
• Porch Screen Panel (custom-cut panels)

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer support at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number and details about the product
3. Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
4. Ship the item to the provided address using a trackable service

5.4 Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
